In the winter of 2021, RaMone Cortez Grundy, a 41-year-old Black male from Louisville, Kentucky, found his life tragically cut short. On the evening of Thursday, January 28th, or Friday, January 29th, gunshots shattered the night in the Buechel neighborhood. Grundy was shot near a Kroger on Buechel Bypass and Hikes Lane.
