Julian Michael Hoffman, a six-year-old boy from West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on August 9, 2017. Julian was a bright and funny child who had just finished kindergarten at Emerson Elementary. He was known for his firecracker attitude and his ability to make everyone around him laugh.
