In the autumn of 2021, on the evening of Wednesday, October 27th, the life of 38-year-old Mitchell Cochran, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. Around 9:30 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night in the area of South 22nd Street and West Magazine Street.
