In the late hours of a Thursday night in south Phoenix, the life of 21-year-old Angel Rodriguez Tapia was tragically cut short. On October 30, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m., Phoenix police officers were dispatched to the area of 41st Avenue and Tonto Street after receiving a call about shots being fired. Upon their arrival, they discovered a grim scene. Angel Rodriguez Tapia was found with at least one gunshot wound.
