Delion Keyona Snotty Burks, a 39-year-old Black male, was fatally shot on the evening of May 24, 2021, in Louisville, Kentucky. The incident occurred outside a Family Dollar store located in the Park DuValle neighborhood. Burks was the victim of a drive-by shooting, sustaining multiple gunshot wounds.
