In the late summer of 2017, the life of Jamar Sweeney, a 36-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. On the evening of August 24th, events unfolded at a residence located at 4014 Greenwood Avenue that would end in his murder. Two days later, on August 26, 2017, he was pronounced dead. The specific details of what transpired and the motive behind the killing have remained elusive to the public.
