In the early summer of 2018, a life was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. Charles Theo Tillman Jr., a 45-year-old Black male, was killed on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. The incident that claimed his life took place at 7801 Whipperwill Road, a location that would become the focal point of a lingering investigation. Known to some as 'Redd,' his death left a void in the lives of those who knew him.
