In a hallway of the Russell Apartment Building in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 31-year-old Andrew C. Key-Roper, a male resident of the complex, was tragically cut short. On the late afternoon of Wednesday, January 28, 2015, Key-Roper was fatally shot. The incident unfolded in the 500 block of South 18th Street.
