William Neal, aged 35, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2016, in Louisville, Kentucky. Neal was one of three victims in a triple homicide that occurred on Wheeler Avenue. The other victims were Elizabeth A. Draper, 43, and Douglas E. Weber, 36. The incident shocked the local community, leading to a swift investigation by the Louisville Metro Police Department.
