Monquel Le'Deris Ligon, a 22-year-old from Louisville, Kentucky, tragically passed away on December 26, 2016. Monquel, affectionately known as "Quel," was born on June 26, 1994, and attended Valley High School, where he played freshman football. He worked in manufacturing and was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend.
