In the quiet neighborhood of Fern Creek in Louisville, Kentucky, the holiday season of 2020 was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 39-year-old Rogelio Torres Garcia. On the night of Wednesday, December 23rd, the sounds of gunfire pierced the winter air on Del Maria Way.
