Jackie M. Lingar, born on October 14, 1991, in Hamilton, Ohio, was the daughter of Sheila Adams and the late Jeffrey Lingar Sr. She passed away on November 22, 2021, at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital in Hyden, Kentucky, at the age of 30.
