In the small town of Hyden, Kentucky, a chain of events born from a domestic dispute culminated in the tragic death of 30-year-old Jackie M. Lingar on November 22, 2021. A Caucasian female known for her love of arts and crafts, Jackie found her life cut short at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital after a violent encounter.
