In the autumn of 1997, a chilling discovery was made in a wooded area of Paducah, Kentucky, bringing to light a mystery that has endured for years. On October 26th, the skeletal remains of a woman were found between 5th and 6th Streets, following an anonymous tip to the police. A forensic examination would later identify the remains as those of 40-year-old Judy Wright, a white female. Investigators determined that she had likely been deceased since June of that year.
