On a tragic evening in Monticello, Kentucky, the life of 37-year-old Mandy Kinnett, a Caucasian female, was cut short. On November 11, 2019, events unfolded that left the community in shock and mourning. That night, at approximately 11:00 PM, law enforcement received a call for assistance and responded to a shooting at an apartment complex located at the intersection of KY 1545 and KY 92 West.
