In the late hours of Christmas Day in 2012, a tragic and mysterious event unfolded in Phoenix, Arizona, leading to the death of 23-year-old Nathan Dewitt. A male with a passion for yo-yoing that had earned him a national championship title, Dewitt was found after his 1997 Ford Explorer crashed into a tree and rolled onto its side off 28th Street, just south of Union Hills Drive. The incident occurred at approximately 11:46 p.m., a time when most were celebrating the holiday.
