On a tragic evening in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the life of 32-year-old Angela Sangster was cut short. On September 4, 2004, Sangster was shot in the head and killed by her 51-year-old boyfriend, Norman Howard. The violent act was the culmination of a volatile relationship, with prior incidents of threats and violence. Months before her death, Sangster had reported to the police that Howard had threatened to kill her and had menaced her with a screwdriver in their home.
