Tamara Ann Vandermoon, aged 41, was tragically shot and killed on December 20, 2021, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on the 2700 block of Longfellow Avenue. trafficking. She was featured in a 2012 CNN story where she recounted her harrowing experiences of being prostituted as a child. In recent years, she had struggled with narcotics and had been listed as a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections in October 2021.
