On the evening of October 28, 2016, Dana Latrice Logan, a 46-year-old African-American female, was tragically killed in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Just moments after dropping off her grandchild, she was driving her vehicle near the intersection of 36th Avenue North and Penn Avenue North.
