On January 26, 2024, the life of 42-year-old Shannon Patricia Trejo was tragically cut short in a violent home invasion in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. In a harrowing event that also claimed the lives of her husband, Mario Alberto Trejo Estrada, 39, and her son, Jorge Alexander Reyes-Jungwirth, 20, Shannon was fatally shot inside her family's residence on the 200 block of 94th Avenue Northwest.
