On a summer evening in Minneapolis, Minnesota, tragedy struck on June 15, 2014. Anthony L. Magnan, a 24-year-old male, was caught in a burst of gunfire in the north of the city. The incident, which unfolded around 4:15 p.m. near the 2700 block of Girard Avenue North, left both Magnan and another man with gunshot wounds.
