Jordan Carson Adams, a 19-year-old from Minneapolis, MN, was tragically shot and killed on May 6, 2015. The incident occurred inside an apartment located on the 2100 block of 3rd Avenue South. Adams was shot in the abdomen around 3:30 p.m. and later succumbed to his injuries at Hennepin County Medical Center. The shooting was reported to have involved individuals who were acquainted with each other, and it was the ninth homicide in Minneapolis for the year 2015.
