On New Year's Day 2020, the life of 51-year-old Angela Wynn, a White female from Badger, Minnesota, was tragically cut short. On that Wednesday, January 1st, Angela had gone to the rural Badger home of Angelo O. Borreson, 56, as an act of kindness. She had agreed to pick him up and help him get gasoline for his vehicle so he could get to work.
