In the early morning hours of July 23, 2025, the quiet town of Windom, Minnesota, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 70-year-old Kathryn Lynn Voelker. A White female, Kathryn was a beloved mother and grandmother whose life was tragically cut short in her own community.
