In the winter of 2021, a Black/African American man's life was cut short in a Minneapolis home. David Marlon Anre Spicer, a 38-year-old male, was in a residence on the 400 block of 33rd Avenue North on the evening of Thursday, January 21st. It was around 10 p.m. when the sound of a single gunshot echoed through the house.
