Vincent E. Lewis, a 45-year-old resident of Minneapolis, was tragically shot in the head on April 17, 2022. The incident occurred on the 2900 block of South 14th Avenue. Emergency responders treated Lewis at the scene before transporting him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on the morning of April 20.
