Vincent E. Lewis, a 45-year-old resident of Minneapolis, was tragically shot in the head on April 17, 2022. The incident occurred on the 2900 block of South 14th Avenue. Emergency responders treated Lewis at the scene before transporting him to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on the morning of April 20.
Preliminary investigations revealed that at least one shot was fired from a passenger vehicle, which then fled the area before police arrived.
Despite thorough investigations, no arrests have been made in connection with Lewis's death, and the identities of any suspects remain unknown. Authorities have urged anyone with information to contact CrimeStoppers.
