On August 16, 2019, Mohamed Hassan, a 17-year-old from Burnsville, MN, was tragically shot and killed during a late-night gathering in north Minneapolis. The incident occurred just after 1 a.m. in the 3200 block of N. Lyndale Avenue. According to police and emergency radio dispatch audio, Hassan was found with a gunshot wound to the head.
