On the evening of May 19, 2022, a young man’s life was abruptly cut short in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Tylor Butterfly, a 22-year-old White / Caucasian male, was walking home with ice cream when tragedy struck. Near the intersection of Maryland Avenue West and Matilda Street in the North End neighborhood, a dark-colored vehicle, believed to be a black Honda or Nissan, approached him.
