In the early morning hours of July 26, 2022, the life of 36-year-old RayAndre Lamar Bryant Torrence, a Black male from Minneapolis, Minnesota, was tragically cut short. Police responded to a report of a shooting on the 700 block of Oliver Avenue North at approximately 2:40 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Torrence deceased in the front passenger seat of an SUV.
