Gregory Octavis Elting, aged 39, was tragically shot on October 14, 2021, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The incident occurred in the 800 block of East Franklin Avenue just before 10 p.m. Elting sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to Hennepin County Medical Center.
