Mustafa Ali, a 25-year-old resident of Minneapolis, MN, was tragically killed on October 11, 2019. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of 23rd and Aldrich Avenues North in the Hawthorne neighborhood. Mustafa Ali, known to be a high-ranking member of the Somali Outlaws gang, was shot three times in the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the shooting.
