In the early morning hours of July 8, 2000, the life of Thomas Dwayne Everett Sr., a 25-year-old White / Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Kansas City, Kansas. He was discovered in the driver's seat of his car, located in the 300 block of South Mill Street, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Slumped over the steering wheel, Everett was pronounced dead at the scene. The grim discovery was made at approximately 1:00 AM.
