In the summer of 2016, the life of 28-year-old Xavier McCullough, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Topeka, Kansas. On the evening of July 23rd, first responders were called to an apartment building at 3401 SW Gage, where a silver Kia Optima had crashed into the structure.
