In the quiet city of Leavenworth, Kansas, the life of a 54-year-old Caucasian male named Gary Frantz came to a tragic and violent end on the evening of January 27, 2017. He was discovered in a parking lot near the Missouri River, having been shot multiple times. Responding officers found him still breathing, and in his final moments, he was able to tell them that his wife had shot him.
