On a snowy Monday morning in Kansas City, Kansas, the life of 23-year-old Black / African American male, Ronald T. Marks Jr., was tragically cut short. On November 26, 2018, police were called to a home near North Ninth Street and Ohio Avenue around 9:50 a.m. following reports of multiple gunshots. Inside the residence, they discovered Marks, who had been shot several times.
