Death by Force

On a cold December morning in 2018, the body of 32-year-old Eric Hughes, a Black / African American male, was discovered on the side of Sleepy Hollow Road in Covington, Kentucky. A passing motorist spotted him near the intersection with Montague Road at approximately 8:20 AM on December 14th and immediately alerted the authorities. When the Covington police arrived at the scene, they found Hughes unresponsive and he was pronounced dead.
