Joseph Ross Hill, a 26-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot in Topeka, Kansas, on April 24, 2020. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of N.E. Quincy Street, where police responded to multiple calls about a possible shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Hill outside a residence with life-threatening injuries; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
