In the late morning of May 28, 2013, a tragic event unfolded in a Phoenix, Arizona neighborhood that ended the life of 24-year-old Norris Landan Avniel Stewart. Stewart, a male, was behind the wheel of his vehicle at 4822 South 20th Place when the unthinkable happened. In a sudden act of violence, he was shot while his two young children were secured in their car seats in the back. Miraculously, the children were physically unharmed in the incident that claimed their father's life.
