In the afternoon hours of a Monday in Phoenix, Arizona, a life was abruptly ended in a burst of violence. Lopez was taken into custody without any further incident.
During the arrest, police found evidence that linked Lopez to the shooting. He was subsequently booked into jail and is facing charges of second-degree murder and drug offenses. While an arrest has been made, the motive behind the fatal shooting of Orlando Archuletta remains unknown as the investigation continues.
