On the evening of December 23, 2022, a tragic event unfolded inside a Wichita, Kansas, apartment that claimed the life of 22-year-old Neosha Kerriann Allen. The incident, which occurred in the 900 block of South Mission Road at approximately 9:55 p.m., also resulted in the death of 39-year-old Jose Alvarez and left two other individuals with multiple gunshot wounds.
