On a tragic December evening in 2015, the life of 55-year-old Betty Ann Nelson-Holloman, a Black/African American female, was cut short in an act of senseless violence. On December 1st, outside her home in the 2500 block of East Mossman in Wichita, Kansas, a dispute erupted that would have fatal consequences.
