Death by Force

On January 22, 2014, at approximately 1:30 PM, Devon Dominique Parker, a 19-year-old resident of Washington, DC, was tragically shot and killed in the 1400 block of Howard Road, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
