Death by Force

On the evening of April 15, 2019, gunshots echoed through the 2400 block of Pomeroy Road in Southeast Washington, D.C., forever altering the course of one man's life. Responding to the sound of gunfire at approximately 8:43 p.m., officers from the Seventh District arrived to a grim scene. There, they discovered an unconscious adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was identified as 31-year-old Antwan Marquis Hucks of Oxon Hill, Maryland.
