On a Saturday afternoon, the 29-year-old Black/African American male, Dionzae Foote, was fatally shot in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred on June 29, 2024, at approximately 4:10 p.m. in the 2700 block of Shipley Terrace, Southeast.
