Quashaun Cliffton Bromell, a 23-year-old resident of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, was tragically killed in a shooting on December 30, 2019. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on North Kings Highway. According to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, officers responded to a call and found Bromell in a vehicle that had stopped in the roadway.
