Cedric Demond Elmore Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Greenwood, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2020, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Elmore was fatally shot in the early hours of Memorial Day on South Ocean Boulevard, near 15th Avenue South.
