On December 28, 2014, Preston Cornelius Johnson Sr., aged 71, and his son, Preston Cornelius Johnson Jr., aged 49, were tragically shot and killed in Washington, DC. The incident occurred at approximately 9:49 PM in the 1300 block of Southern Avenue, SE. A police officer on routine patrol discovered the bodies near United Medical Center. Preston Johnson Sr. was found lying outside a car, while his son was found dead inside the vehicle.
