On September 8, 2020, at approximately 9:41 PM, Edward "EJ" Johnson, aged 31, was tragically shot and killed in the 600 block of N Street, NW, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene and initiated an investigation into the homicide.
