On November 13, 2015, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Ray Andre Harrison, a 21-year-old resident of Northeast Washington, D.C., was discovered with gunshot wounds in the 1300 block of Adams Street NE. Emergency responders transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
