On a summer evening in Washington, D.C., 36-year-old Timothy Bing was killed in a shooting. The incident occurred on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at approximately 10:20 p.m. in the 900 block of 3rd Street, Northeast. Bing was found unresponsive, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
