On a cold Sunday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of Wilson Agbebaku was tragically cut short. On January 29, 2017, at approximately 7:34 p.m., the 34-year-old Black male was shot and killed in the 200 block of 51st Street, Northeast. When officers from the Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered Agbebaku suffering from several gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
